Welcome to The Psychic Store.
We, Alexia and Stephen Rish have owned and operated The Psychic Store since 1981.
Of course it’s been through many incarnations, but, here it is heading into the future, and still going strong.
We started out working out of our home in Dearborn Michigan, selling crystal balls, and gemstone jewelry at the Dearborn Civic Center, and in 1987 we got the opportunity to move the store into a vacant V.F.W. hall where we built partitions to create a classroom, some reading rooms for our staff of psychics, and of course the store.
Back then, it was called The Alhambra Institute.
In 2004, the V.F.W. men who were renting us the space in the V.F.W. hall told us they wanted to retire and sell the building. They asked us if we wanted to buy it, but we declined because the building was old and we’d outgrown it years before.
So, we asked our Spirit Guide Alhambra for guidance, and he told us to go west until we found something that we liked and settle down.
We checked out every place that was for rent or for sale as we drove west on U.S. 12.
Then on one of our week end excursions, we discovered this beautiful building in Coldwater Michigan and decided this was the place for us.
We changed the name of the store to Alexia’s Enterprise, and started on a new journey.
It took us five years, hauling one truck load every week end to Coldwater until the job was complete and we settled here full time in May 2009.
Now we’re branching out into the outer realms of the internet with our new techno version of our store, and we’re calling our on-line store The Psychic Store, and we hope you take the journey through our various pages and peruse our merchandise.
It’s a work in progress. We’ll be adding and moving things around for some time. But, we’ll keep at it and help it grow.
We are psychics and we offer psychic readings by phone, in person or by email.
We do phone or in person readings on Wednesday through Saturday from 12:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and our readings are $50.00 for fifteen minutes, and $75.00 for one half hour.
We also offer Astrology charts. They are one hour long, and you have a choice of your Natal Chart which is your script for life, or your Progressed Astrology Chart which is an outlook for the year ahead complete with a month by month horoscope of what you can expect each month for a year. The Astrology Charts are $130.00, and we put them on two CD’s so that you can listen to them again and again.
